standards with Sedex, BSCI, SA8000.
TECHNICAL
A thorough understanding of all technical aspects during the product development and manufacturing
process, enables us to assist in a best way, including control quality and critical inputs in the
construction and product development.
TESTING
We have the right chemical and physical testing knowledge to guide our manufacturers from initial
stage so product meets standards.
Our Showroom
Quality control
We are doing tested quality control processes along with
inspections (AQL 1.0 – 4.0) at regular intervals which allows us to deliver orders on time
and manintainin the right standards. We do in-line (10% packed), mid-line (50% packed),
final (100% packed).
We ensure and enforce the right standards from the start,
fabric, trims, processing including printing, dyeing, lab testing with physical and chemical
testing, washing, finishing, packing.
Our team has experienced and knowlegeable controllers for
each different product category.
Our controllers are positioned at different locations to
oversee and control the development and production of goods. We focus on accuracy to best
possible.
COMPLIANCE
We ensure both Social and technical compliances as our responsiility.
It is the most important criteria for new manufacturers. We conduct social and technical audits based on customer requirement.
